Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Policy

At ASD Laminat A.Ş., we are committed to respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of our employees and consider these principles to be an integral part of our corporate culture. In this regard, we fully guarantee the freedom of association, including the right of all employees to join trade unions, engage in collective bargaining, and elect representatives.

Our company operates in full compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements, as well as international agreements to which Turkey is a party, particularly the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO). ASD Laminat A.Ş. prohibits any form of discrimination, pressure, or negative consequences against employees for exercising their right to organize. We support our employees in freely joining unions, electing representatives, and participating in union activities, and we do not tolerate any direct or indirect interference with these rights.

As a tangible reflection of our respect for the right to organize, trade union-related announcements and posters are visibly displayed in the employee areas of our Düzce factory. We ensure open and accessible communication channels for our staff to stay informed about their organizational rights.

As a company subject to both national and international compliance audits, ASD Laminat A.Ş. views the freedom of association not only as a legal obligation but as a key element of our corporate responsibility. We believe this freedom is essential for maintaining a healthy and transparent organizational climate.

Accordingly, we uphold a corporate approach based on transparency, mutual respect, and dialogue in employer-employee relations. We also maintain the necessary infrastructure to ensure good-faith participation in collective bargaining processes.

ASD Laminat A.Ş. publicly affirms its commitment to providing a working environment that fully respects the rights of all its employees and stakeholders.
