• To provide safe and healthy working conditions across all our processes to prevent work-related injuries and ill health, and to protect the environment by preventing pollution at its source while safeguarding biodiversity and ecosystems.
• To comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
• To identify and eliminate hazards across all our processes, prevent environmental and OHS risks, and reduce them to the lowest reasonably practicable levels.
• To prioritize the procurement of paper, our primary raw material, from sustainably managed forest sources (FSC / PEFC), and to use natural resources efficiently, thereby contributing to the circular economy.
• To ensure employee participation in all processes of the Management System, consult employees on their opinions and suggestions, and foster a culture of open dialogue in which they can express their views without fear of retaliation.
• To regularly monitor, measure, and analyze our environmental and occupational health and safety performance, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System.
